BuzzKick - ZX Spectrum 1-bit music engine by Shiru (shiru@mail.ru)

A clone of the FuzzClick (SpecialFX) engine with a few changes. Two
channels of tone with detune and sustain, per-row speed, sampled drums
that can be loaded by user.

It uses the same sound synthesis loop, the same two channels with
sustain control, but different, much simpler format and parsing code. It
also has some extra features features - no interrupts enabled (no random
clicks and pops in the sound), detune support, per-row speed control,
customizeable sampled drums (implementation lifted up from Phaser3).

The engine sounds somewhat different than the original FuzzClick, and
has more noticeable cross-detune issues (when compared side-by-side).

The columns are:

Sp T1 d Su T2 d Su D
