TileReplace by Shiru

This is an old tool, a very simple one, yet proved to be very useful in a
handful of retro/homebrew game projects. It allows to load a huge 256-color
BMP file that contains a tiled map with 8x8 or 16x16 tiles, extract the tiles,
replace ones with others, or slightly edit them, then export the map back as
a huge 256-color BMP file. This helps to do preliminary level map cleanup and
optimization, before converting into proper palettes and limitations.

The tool also loads 24-bit images, but be aware that automatic palette
downsampling may screw up the colors. Also, note that image should actually
contain 252 colors or less, because last four palette entries used to display
cursors and such. Another quirk is that palette order gets totally changed
after export.
